Winter is either finally here or about to end – with the unseasonable weather we’ve been having, it could be either!

In this issue:

* Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas

Hooray!

I am very happy to announce that was selected to be listed on the People’s Health Blogger Awards Top 100 List this week! And even better, I won the Best in Category Award for my blog, Healing Hands. Thank you to everyone who voted for me! Hooray!

And to celebrate, for this month, I’m doing an online special – book and pay for the session via my website, and you’re receive a 25% discount by using the coupon code “AWARD01″ during the check out process. It’s my way of saying thank you for your support of my thoughts and ideas.

Massage is very important when you’re busy – especially when you’re busy, to help keep the stress to a minimum. And as you know, massage helps promote sleep, lowers blood pressure, helps reduce anxiety, boosts mood, and feels really good!

Mark Your Calendar – Stairway Walk 3

I’m still finalizing the route, but keep Sunday 22 February 2009 free for the third in the monthly series of walking tours of San Francisco wonderful stairways. We have a great time, it’s a fantastic way to meet some new and different people, have some fun conversation, connect with the building in a new way, and to see some of the amazing architecture and spectacular views that make San Francisco so beautiful and mysterious. There’s something see around every corner on these walks, and you’ll have a great time! See you soon!

Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas

One of the great things about Valentine’s Day is that is starts to signal the end of WInter. And what a great way to mark the occasion than with a Couples Massage – Two (2) 90-minute Sessions Back-to-Back.

Another great way to explore being close to your loved one is a Couples Massage Class – in this 90-minute session, you and your loved one will be guided through some simple massage techniques to do at home on each other. This is a hands-on session where I will guide you through various massage strokes as well as show you the most comfortable way to do them on a bed or floor.

Thanks for reading, and I hope to see you soon!
